Privacy policy

CoreAxis is based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect through the sourcing request form on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, company, email, WhatsApp number and country; the products, quantities, budget, branding and shipping details you give us; and any photos, documents or logos you upload. We also record the IP address a request came from, to protect the form against abuse.

How we use it

Only to review your sourcing request, contact you about it, prepare supplier quotations and run the services you agree to. We share product details with suppliers and shipping partners only as needed to get quotations or fulfil an agreed order. We do not sell your data.

Storage and retention

Requests and files are stored on our hosting provider's servers and are not public. We keep a request for as long as we are discussing or handling it, and for up to 3 years afterwards for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to info@coreaxis.services. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Cookies

The website stores only your language choice in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Terms and conditions

This website gives information about CoreAxis and lets you send a sourcing request. Submitting a request is free and does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for CoreAxis. CoreAxis may accept, ask for more information about, or decline any request. Information on the website is general and may change. Product images and names belong to their owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Sourcing service terms

Processing fee

CoreAxis charges a one-time service fee (currently USD 99) to prepare a supplier quotation for your request, or to hold a consultation meeting or call. The fee is never charged on this website. We agree the scope and payment method with you directly before any work starts. CoreAxis may waive the fee.

Quotations and orders

Supplier quotations are estimates based on the information you give us and on supplier prices at the time. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, shipping costs, duties and taxes are confirmed only in a written agreement for a specific order. Import permits, customs clearance and compliance with the rules of your country remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds and cancellation

Because the processing fee pays for research work already done, it is normally not refundable once the work has started. If CoreAxis cannot deliver the agreed sourcing work, we will discuss a full or partial refund with you. Refunds and cancellations for product orders follow the terms of the written agreement for that order.

ما الذي نجمعه

اسمك وشركتك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم واتساب ودولتك؛ وتفاصيل المنتجات والكميات والميزانية والعلامة التجارية والشحن التي تقدمها؛ وأي صور أو مستندات أو شعارات ترفعها. كما نسجل عنوان IP الذي أُرسل منه الطلب لحماية النموذج من إساءة الاستخدام.

كيف نستخدمها

فقط لمراجعة طلب التوريد، والتواصل معك بشأنه، وتجهيز عروض أسعار الموردين، وتقديم الخدمات التي تتفق عليها معنا. نشارك تفاصيل المنتج مع الموردين وشركاء الشحن بقدر الحاجة فقط للحصول على عروض الأسعار أو تنفيذ طلب متفق عليه. لا نبيع بياناتك.

التخزين ومدة الاحتفاظ

تُحفظ الطلبات والملفات على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة وهي غير متاحة للعامة. نحتفظ بالطلب طوال فترة مناقشته أو تنفيذه، ولمدة تصل إلى 3 سنوات بعد ذلك لسجلاتنا التجارية، ما لم تطلب حذفه قبل ذلك.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على info@coreaxis.services. نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقاً للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك اختيار اللغة فقط. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية.

الشروط والأحكام

يقدم هذا الموقع معلومات عن CoreAxis ويتيح لك إرسال طلب توريد. تقديم الطلب مجاني ولا ينشئ عقداً أو أي التزام عليك أو على CoreAxis. يحق لـ CoreAxis قبول أي طلب أو طلب معلومات إضافية عنه أو الاعتذار عنه. المعلومات على الموقع عامة وقد تتغير. صور المنتجات وأسماؤها ملك لأصحابها. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

شروط خدمة التوريد

رسوم المعالجة

تتقاضى CoreAxis رسوم خدمة لمرة واحدة (حالياً 99 دولاراً أمريكياً) لتجهيز عرض سعر من الموردين لطلبك، أو لعقد اجتماع أو مكالمة استشارية. لا تُدفع الرسوم أبداً عبر هذا الموقع. نتفق معك مباشرة على النطاق وطريقة الدفع قبل بدء أي عمل. يحق لـ CoreAxis الإعفاء من الرسوم.

عروض الأسعار والطلبيات

عروض أسعار الموردين تقديرات مبنية على المعلومات التي تقدمها وعلى أسعار الموردين في حينها. لا تُعتمد الأسعار والحد الأدنى للطلب ومدة التجهيز وتكاليف الشحن والرسوم الجمركية والضرائب إلا في اتفاق مكتوب لطلبية محددة. تبقى تصاريح الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي والالتزام بأنظمة بلدك من مسؤوليتك ما لم نتفق كتابياً على غير ذلك.

الاسترداد والإلغاء

لأن رسوم المعالجة مقابل عمل بحثي يتم إنجازه، فهي عادةً غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل. إذا لم تتمكن CoreAxis من تقديم عمل التوريد المتفق عليه، نناقش معك استرداداً كاملاً أو جزئياً. يخضع استرداد وإلغاء طلبيات المنتجات لشروط الاتفاق المكتوب لتلك الطلبية.
